Polymer slurry
- Commodity name: Polymer slurry
Product Introduction
I. Main Performance:
The slurry formed by Zijin slurry (polymer slurry) not only has a good effect of protecting the wall and preventing collapse, but also can adsorb drill cuttings. The thickness of the sediment in the hole is generally no more than 10 cm. Depending on the actual situation, secondary cleaning of the hole is not necessary, and the slurry body does not contain drill cuttings. The friction layer of the hole wall becomes thicker, which can effectively improve the friction bearing capacity of the pile. After being verified in multiple construction sites, the formed piles with Kailier slurry powder have reached 98% of Class I piles, and are non-toxic, odorless, and have no harm to the environment.
II. Usage Steps and Precautions:
1. It can be directly poured into the hole in the sprayed clear water, quickly dissolve to form a slurry with good viscosity, which is particularly suitable for municipal construction sites with limited construction conditions.
2. Add the slurry to the slurry pool through the slurry circulation pump, extract and pump in for circulation, and then inject into the hole.
3. Adjust the pH value of the slurry according to the local water quality and actual usage conditions. It is recommended that the pH value be between 8 and 10.
4. The last 1-2 drillings should be left to stand for about 20 minutes before forming the hole.
5. Try not to repair the drill bit during the hole-forming process.
6. The slurry surface must not be lower than 1 meter below the ground level, and semi-hole slurry hole formation is not allowed as the pressure decreases, the wall protection ability will also decrease; at the same time, when pouring concrete, the stratum that has not been soaked by the slurry is very likely to collapse.
7. When lowering the steel cage into the hole, it should be centered to prevent damage to the hole wall.
8. It cannot be mixed with bentonite slurry.
III. Dosage:
The dosage of slurry powder is prepared at 0.01% - 0.1% according to the proportion of each construction site's geology and actual conditions.
reference index:
Stratum condition | Slurry powder (kilograms/100 cubic meters of water) | Viscosity (seconds) |
Clay and shale | 20-60 | 17-19 |
Silt, fine sand to medium sand | 30-70 | 18-22 |
Coarse sand, smaller pebbles | 40-90 | 20-30 |
gravel-cobble | 90-120 | 30-38 |
