Cationic Polyacrylamide is a water-soluble polymeric polyelectrolyte,readily soluble in water but insoluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and acetone.
1.Product Overview(Cationic Polyacrylamide)
Our company's cationic emulsion flocculant retains the advantages of cationic dry powder flocculants while also featuring high charge density selectivity,rapid dissolution,and ease of transportation,storage,and use.Compared to traditional products,it has a wider applicable pH range,higher charge stability,better flocculation effect,and lower dosage,making it widely applicable in various fields such as domestic sewage,chemical wastewater,sludge dewatering,and papermaking.
2.How to Use
(1)Shake well before use;
(2)Add this product while adding water during the dissolution process.It is recommended to control the concentration at 3-5‰,and the aging time is preferably about 25 minutes;
(3)Avoid using high-shear rotor pumps such as centrifugal pumps during transportation.It is best to use low-shear pumps such as screw pumps or diaphragm pumps;
(4)Dissolution should be carried out in containers made of plastic,ceramic,or stainless steel.The stirring speed should not be too high,and heating is not required.(5)Prepared dilute solutions should not be stored for extended periods;it is best to dissolve them just before use.
(6)When using this product in conjunction with inorganic coagulants to treat wastewater,the inorganic coagulant should be added first.Add this product only after a noticeable alum precipitate appears(generally after an interval of about 30-60 seconds).Do not reverse the order,and do not add them simultaneously.
3.Storage Instructions
(1)Under normal circumstances,store sealed at room temperature,away from light,and it can be stored for 6 months.
(2)When storing in small containers,regularly stir and shake to ensure thorough mixing and prevent stratification.
(3)When storing in large containers,install a multi-bladed agitator accessible to the bottom of the container and turn it on regularly,or install a circulating pump to regularly circulate and stir to ensure thorough mixing and prevent stratification.
(4)The optimal storage temperature is 50-80°F(10-27°C).This product should not be frozen,otherwise its performance will be affected.
(5)If the product freezes,move it to a warmer place to thaw slowly.Stir thoroughly before use and filter through a 100-mesh sieve.
