Cationic Polyacrylamide(CPAM)is a high-efficiency water-soluble polymer with positive charge density,widely used in sludge dewatering,wastewater treatment,papermaking,mining,textile printing and other industrial fields.Its main applications are as follows:
1.Sludge Dewatering(Most Important Application)
CPAM is the preferred flocculant for municipal and industrial sludge dewatering.
Neutralizes negative charges on sludge colloids and forms large,tough flocs.
Reduces moisture content of sludge significantly,improving dewatering efficiency in filter presses,belt filter presses,centrifuges and screw presses.
Reduces sludge volume and lowers transportation and disposal costs.
2.Municipal&Industrial Wastewater Treatment
Effectively flocculates organic colloids,suspended solids,oils and proteins in wastewater.
Widely used in food processing,pharmaceutical,brewery,printing&dyeing,textile and chemical wastewater.
Improves effluent clarity,reduces COD,BOD and turbidity.
