Is Polyanionic Cellulose safe for food applications?

Yes,food-grade Polyanionic Cellulose(PAC)is safe and widely approved for use in food products.It is a non-toxic,biodegradable,inert water-soluble polymer with no known harmful effects on human health when used within recommended dosage limits.

Safety&Regulatory Status

PAC is internationally recognized as a safe food additive,generally grouped and regulated under CMC/E466 by major food authorities.
